| I love modding games, but I haven't made anything in quite a while. Mostly enjoy modding Bethesda games because they make it so easy. The Fallout bug bit me again so I re-installed New Vegas last night. What I really want to do is finish a mod I've been thinking about doing for a while. I'm looking for input on a few specific things, and the Nexus forums didn't seem like the right place, so here I am. I made a Battlestar Galactica Season 1 sidearm but I haven't textured it yet. Also don't have the correct sound effect and can't decide which animations to use for it. Anyway, just thought I'd say hello. | Hey there, welcome to the boards!
You're right about Bethesda games and modding. No other developer offers such great tools/support for people who want to customise their gaming experience - though they've definitely started a trend and more and more new studios are recognising how popular it is with players. e.g. ARK: Survival Evolved.
