| Hey guys,
After having a short break from New Vegas, I've come back and found my game has a huge missing mesh/texture problem. After loading a save game, the game works fine, however after I've played for a few minutes an increasing amount of guns, clothing and objects that worked minutes prior become bright purple textures, exclamation points or blurred textures. I've tried verifying game integrity, archive invalidation and disabling more recent mods.
Thanks in advance lads. |

| Sounds like you have reached the mod limit of your game.Fallout Nv can only handle up to 140 (for some people more or less) unlike Fallout 3 wich coul have 200+ active plugins. However, you'll have to deactivate some of your plugins so it'll work again.I recomend that you merge your mods from now on,so you can work around the plugin limit. |

| you need to reset your load order. or you have to many mods active at once. what is happening to you is a overload issue let me guess the sky texture breaks as well?? what he said we posted at the same time lol |

| Dude, you might not believe this, but you have the same problem i had very recently. But now to the point... What i did to fix this problem was that i had 2 Mod Manager's (NMM and FOMM). I uninstalled FOMM, because i was pretty sure it's archive invalidation conflicted with the NMM's archive invalidation. So you might wan't to disable it in FOMM or NMM and leave archive invalidation "ON" in the other Mod Manager. Now this of course if you have 2 MM's, if you don't then skip this step. Also worth noting that, you should always backup your game no matter what. Now the second thing what i did, was that i sorted my load order with LOOT. The third final thing i did, was that i had checked for any corrupt mod files and there was a lot of them so i redownloaded and installed them. Therefore my game was working fine. No problem's at all. Hope this helps! EDIT: @snowglobecollector I have only 96 active plugin's and 88 active mod's. But for me the corrupt mod files, was in this case the problem. However the max mod & plugin limit are very true. _________________ ᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚᅚ...Blast

| I had this issue around about two weeks ago for both Fallout 3 and NV, had huge eye balls in every wall in game on NV, at time of Fallout 3 i couldn't figure out the issue, but with NV i noticed by adding the mod that set it all off, if i kept that activated but deactivated two others, the texture issue would go, so after reading these comments i gotta agree, i think its a too many mods installed at once issue. |
