A few months back, I had Fallout New Vegas with a large quantity of mods installed (150+). After receiving the Anthology, I reinstalled New Vegas with the disc that game with the anthology. When I pulled up Nexus Mod Manager, I wanted to to do afresh mod install. I uninstalled NMM and then reinstalled it, but a message popped up that asked me if I wanted NMM to backup all of my mods. I initially started it, but canceled i halfway through. Does this mean that some mods were removed form the manger entirely, or NMM just didn't back up what mods I had physically activated? If some were removed is there someway on the nexus that I could get a full record of all the mods I have downloaded in the past AND present? I'm sorry if this was wordy, I just wanted to ask the community.

The best way is to go check how much mods does the NMM actually stored for you. You can go to Nexus Mod Manager folder and click on FalloutNV then mods.
