Hey, another newbie

Wow, I haven't been part of an active forum for a good few years, so please excuse me if my social skills are a little rusty. I'm sure I'll pick it up again soon enough. Looking forward to getting stuck in with the community as much as I can and let's face it, a Fallout community? It's going to be one of the best around right?

Got into Fallout a few years ago because of a friend of mine. I was at his house and I wasn't big gamer at the time but he handed me a controller and left the room. The first thing I did? Walked into water and drowned like a dummy. But hey, we all start somewhere right?

Thankfully I've improved a good bit and I'm dying for Fallout 4 to be released. Good times ahead. Looking forward to making some friends here!

EDIT: Is there by any chance a place where I could post any art I made? Or would I just post it in general discussion?

:hellobig: Welcome dude! I remember my first time playing Fallout! I was playing Fallout 3 and had no clue that there was even a map in the pipboy, let alone map markers! I wandered right past Megaton and got destroyed by a Yao Gui lol!

Welcome! As for the art, if it isn't Fallout and/or Screenshots I'd recmmond the "Off Topic" area in the Member's Lounge. If it is Fallout then yes, probably General Discussion. There's a Screenshot sticky as well.
