Ok. I'll be honest with all of you here. I like the new power armor. Every bit of it. Especially the jetpacks. But I don't think I'll be walking around in it much, since I don't really use heavy or power armor. However, I do see two mods that I would at least take a look at. The first is jetpacks without the actual armor. Have I mentioned I like the jetpacks? The second is MCU Iron Man armor; let's be honest, who wasn't reminded of MCU Iron Man with the way the power armor opens up?
I particularly like the customizations, especially of homes and settlements. I look forward to creating a massive one that covers the whole Wasteland. I think Bethesda took a good page out of The Sims on that one. In fact, this seems to be what they are doing. Mass Effect's influence is particularly prevalent in the new game.
Gun customization is not too shabby either, though I would be using modded weapons to a greater degree than vanilla guns, customized or no. House building appears to be greatly diverse; weapon customization, on the other hand, is not limitless in their final appearance.
To be honest, I am more interested in the potential features that modders can use for this game, and the products of those mods, than the game itself. That said, Bethesda seems to have made this game particularly easy for modders' creations, with features that would have been third party mods already implemented into the game, so props to them.

Honestly? The option to romance companions. For all of my time in New Vegas, I wanted to romance the love of my life: Raul Tejada. And now, in Fallout 4, I will be able to insert my wiener into any of the companions. Dream come true.

I don't know If you guys remember Todd Howard saying during E3 that they're returning to a laying system with their regular armor as well which means a Morrowind type of equipment style which to me sounds awesome!

Yes, thats right. The layer sistem looks great and think about the moding options. The moded armors could look even more realistic than before. I dont know what options could rise up from modding this game, but im certain, it going to be awesome!

Probably the armor customization. First of all, I love the vault suit. It's reminiscent of the FO1/2 vault suit and the fact your armor system is in layers now, I technically won't ever have to take that suit off and I can just keep putting on better armor pieces. And the mods, oh man, that's going to be sick.

I really loved the outpost building and the way it can be customized: I'm impatient to create a line of mortars for the defence, I want to MAKE FIRE RAIN upon those raiders !

Its hard to say cause everything about it is awesome cause well its a new Fallout but if I had to choose I would say how so much stuff is customisable and that you can take apart junk and use it towards something of yours.
i think i will join the building mechanics for your homes/bases and also the weapon creation and the mechanic where you climb inside the power armor and mostly everything about fallout 4 so far

The weapon creation, hands down. It's going to be wonderful and even though it's not technically a feature as such, I'm looking forward to seeing the newer art style. I was loving how different the Deathclaws looked- hell, even the Mirelurks were looking pretty darn cool. I really want to go exploring and see what else looks different now that they have a new artist calling the shots.

When they first shown and explained weapon customization in Fallout 4, My mind was amazed. The endless possibilities of every weapo. I might just put a bipod on my knife.....

watched pete hines's interview last night after quakecon and they confirmed the feature i always dreamed of you can dismember enemies while they are still alive for example he talked about blowing the legs off a feral ghoul and watched it crawling towards him before he finished it off with a baseball bat using a finishing move

Ooh, now that's something I didn't expect to see in the game. But I'm not complaining. It'll appeal to my sadistic side I'm sure. Not that I get any enjoyment out of those sorts of things... *ahem* I'll just go find that interview.

here you go buddy its explained abit i hope this helps
p.s the dismemberment is realistic to me and adds more aggressive enemies like ripping a ghouls arms off but hes still rabid enough to keep coming at you
