so here is my question for those that have played/used it should i try this? i play both fallout NV and 3 and to me fallout 3 is better than NV in both story and world space but NV has good aspects to it so tell me should i try this or not or maybe just wait awhile?
also how do i set up a poll because this would be 10 times easier with a poll?

I've stopped using it because it was too heavy for my Fallout mod build. And of course because I can't make myself like the FO3, while I actually adore FNV. But it's definitely a good mod and it will really suit your needs. It might have some incompatibilities with your current load order, but there are many patches on the TTW page as well.

Oh hell yeah man. There are a lot of mod conversions of the most popular mods and if there isn't you can always convert them yourself. Most importantly, I also believe that Fallout 3 has better story and worldspace but for me New Vegas has better mods. This way you can have the best of both games.

OH YA, forgot to mention

You said you like some aspects of NV better TTW implements those with the way ownership is handled, perks, skills, guns, ammunition, crafting. So it uses the worldspace and story and characters of FO3 but the more up to date gameplay mechanics of New Vegas

Yes man definitely play ttw I am running it with 121 plugins in my load order a lot of them merged so far no problems just follow the guides and you should be good go.

@lgarrott Really? My game has crashed twice since I installed it but it was because I didn't have a compability patch for EVE. Have you downloaded NVAC? That might help.

TTW crashes may be incompatibility related or out of memory related.

I recommend NVAC, NV stutter remover, lower resolution, borderless window, better game performance mod, 4GB.

Do not use TTWOptions.esp because its causing very long load times on saves.

havocm is absolutly right, DO NOT ACTIVATE TTWOptions.esp. You can still use the extra options just don't use TTWOptions.esp, the loading times take at least 10 minutes but it can take even longer than that.

so since i said i would try it this weekend i did and i did a clean install of both fallout nv and fallout 3 and installed ttw but there was no menu so i added nvse and launched it from there still no menu. so ok maybe it wasn't as clean of an install as i could be so i reinstalled BOTH games and tried again and a big nope still no menu so i reinstalled everything a 3rd time and it still didn't work so i just said screw it and not gonna try anymore.

I have been playing TTW for years now, it used to be buggy a couple of years ago, but now it runs smooth and stable as a rock. The no menu is usually a missing masters problem, I think that the TTW forum has a thread about it somewhere. Also keep in mind that one should install TTW and play it without any mods until one gets out of vault 101, then add a few mods at a time and see if the game runs, rinse and repeat, merge patches are a requirement if you play with a lot of mods too.

I really rely TTW because of this that allows me to play FO3 of my favorite mods for the game fallout new vegas. TTW is a mod that introduces a new quality play FO3, I highly recommend, try this mod

This since its the probably the most "safest" choice here and hey if you don't have most of the dlc for fnv and have it all for fo3 then it saves money since ttw requires all the dlc for the two games, real hassle for the guys who didn't bought the game of the year .
