Greetings and Salutations,
My name is Adam Hastings. I know you all have modifications to test and play around with, so I'll make this short and sweet. I'm a simple modder, who began his time on the Nexus site, and recently heard of the GUNetwork through an Alchestbreach video. I am new as of 6/23/2015 at around 5:00 PM ET. As for my signature, it is the creed of the National FFA Organization. Some of you wonder what the FFA is? It's an organization promoting, supporting, and enhancing agriculture and its divisions such as agri-science. I happen to proudly have my seat as the Delmar FFA chapter Treasurer, in charge of keeping receipts and dispersements. My favorite hobbies include gardening as well as assisting in the teachings of plant science and horticulture.
As for my past, I was a Petty Officer 3rd Class in the Navy Junior Reserved Officer Training Corps (N.J.R.O.T.C.) and was a member of my battalion's rifle team, training with .22LR rifles and airguns.
I come from a poor family. As common as they may sound, but it's true. We are still poor till this very day, and struggle with every day life, trying to provide.
"You must not be that poor if you can afford internet, a computer, and have time on here." You're right, but most of my stuff is hand-me-down. This internet is tricky itself. I have a Kyocera Rise with a Virgin Mobile carrier. My computer is an old Windows 7 HP with outdated drivers. My phone has an Android-only program called PDANet, which allows me to hook my phone to the computer via USB tether, and activating the app on the phone and the program on my computer, allowing my data to be used as internet. Unfortunately, living in the backwoods of Delmar, signal is scarce.
My goal in life is to graduate high school and to become part of America's finest: the United States Army. After my service, I plan to go to a community college for two years and obtain my Associates degree. After that, I plan to make a final job choice as law enforcement, but I'm still torn between federal agent, border patrol, and sheriff's department. We shall see where the future takes my endeavors.
I wish all who read this get a better understanding of me as a person a little bit more.
Auf wiedersehen!
~Sovieteer~
P.S. "Auf wiedersehen" is German for "Goodbye."
