A Definitive Armor Mod (ADAM) is a must-have for me. It retextures and remeshes the Riot/Ranger armor to look amazing and allows for helmet customization.

I'm going to go with NVB. The story someguy2000 has crafted is incredible, and i cant wait for NVB3

a spice of life because of the huge clothing and armors and any weapon based md that adds new weapons to the game, no matter they are imaginary or real

I have to say Zombie Nation, its was one of the first mods I tried out, and was also one of the first mods I watched Alchestbreach review. It just kind of gives me a sense of nostalgia from when I just got a PC so I could mod the crap out of it. (And then break it because I modded the crap out of it!)

Enb series , because that mod series made me play this game for such a longer time than it would have otherwise.

Only played Fallout 3 on Xbox 360, So I missed out on that.

For New Vegas, I would say, JoO's Modern Armoury with Gasmasks of the World combined, Coupled with Xzaz's Armoury, Not the best mods I have, But two that are close to my heart.

My most favorite mod for New Vegas has to be Mission Mojave since it fixes a lot of bugs that obsidian didn't bother fixing.

Well these are the some of the most popular mods out there but I enjoy them the most because they change the game so much for me.

In Fallout New Vegas Riddick companion mod is awesome and the republic commando armor mod is very wonderful.
In fallout 3 the terminator cybernetic dawn mod is really great mostly with the t-800 rifle.

Mothership Zeta Crew. That mod is what inspired me to start modding in the first place.

On Fallout New Vegas I love the "Boom to the moon" mod, I found it really well structured and amazingly designed (and I would also add the Flip The Bird! V1, come on, send to fuck all is a fantastic feeling  )

For Fallout 3 I have never installed a mod because I was playing on the old crappy laptop and I focused on the main quest...

It's hard for me to pick one favorite, but I woul have to say Heffy's AKs and AR-15s. Weapon of the new Millenia are high up my list too. I would also like to mention Gas Masks of the World, Tale of Two Wastelands, TG's Armor Collection, and DUST.

There are still many mods I cannot play without that are not on this list. I did not exclude them because of a lack of appreciation, just lazy.

A world of pain is hands down my favorite mod of all time. The amount of content and new places to explore is mind boggling. It's harder than needs be at times but overall it's a great mod and I'm constantly amazed at how one person could create so much.

Dont forget about the great details in the mod , with a great companion unique armor and weapons and ton of misc items for decorating

I doubt I could live without Project Nevada. Everything else is just extra. Oh, and Tale of Two Wastelands.

Probably pretty silly but I can't imagine playing New Vegas anymore without the Underground Hideout. I'm too much of a packrat (seriously every playthrough I'd wager I'm sitting on millions of caps in guns and armor and knickknacks) to not be able to teleport back and dump my stuff and have it get sorted visually. Plus, the gun wall.

I am a big fan of the grooveatron. Everyone needs to dance, apocalypse or not. Plus moving live NPCs is extremely helpful.

Oh hell yes that mod is just so awesome. It's full of new content, especially a lot new locations. I was long time searching for something like that. Especially that huge underground network with all the nightstalkers and ghouls was fun to explore.
