Hello everyone at GUNetwork!  Allow me to introduce myself.  People know me as metallic0925, but unless you played way too much Battlefield 3/4 (I was a on/off regular on the TBGClan 64 player conquest servers), we've probably never met! So, about me...

Well, I'm just your average college student and avid gamer.  My first taste of the wonderful world of mods came way back in the days of Morrowind, where my friend and I would drive our families crazy by constantly destroying our meager dial-up connection well into the night, and I've been hooked ever since.  So I spent my days lurking around the Nexus, but honestly I never had any presence, I'm just too damn shy.

So what brings me to GUN? See depending on the season, my life takes one of two forms.  For most of the year, I spend my time doing the usual college thing while blasting through servers in Battlefield, hunting dragons with friends in Monster Hunter, and playing other coop/multiplayer games in my downtime.  However, my summer life consists of sitting at home where, if I'm not working, I'm stuck playing single player only games because I live in a place that still hasn't been graced with high speed internet access.  As such, gems such as New Vegas play a vital role in keeping my sanity.  When a friend recently lent me his hard drive of mods to help speed up my re-installs, I stumbled upon some of Dragbody's amazing armor packs.  I'd seen some of his Nexus released work, but these were new to me.  So after of bit of investigating the source of these wonders, here I am!

As I said, I'm not the most community active person to grace the web, but I figure now's as good a time as any to start trying.  Browsing threads, I've been loving the atmosphere here, and from what I've seen in the public releases there's a whole new world of mods to explore.  Plus, come fall I might head back to college knowing some new people to game with!
