We will see, GTA 4 have hospitals and others buildings without need for a load screen, and TW3 promises something like that.

no it wont really what your asking will mean mods will be gone forever havig it as a multiplayer like that game will mean fallout will not be the game it once was your better off with asking for a fallout online TES online..

fallout 4 with a 2 player form will be alright but the 2nd player has nothing to do with the plot like fable 2 multiplayer which was only focused on the 1st player the 2nd person can be some friend that can jump in drop out.

but again having lots of people will kill the you do what you want without limitations like look out GTA online thers always someone there to put you in line who can kill you easily. there was going to be fallout online made by the company that made the first 2 games but they got sued by bethesda and the game got cancelled which is good cause looking at TES Online why would we want it for out precious fallout series mods work etter with a single player game im afriad to say to you which is the truth.

Fallout is a RPG genre not what the other games you brought up theres no way fallout could work if it was to have the same features as those games im afriad theirs a game you should check out on steam its a free to play mmo called fallen earth its in a wasteland it you survive the wastes by any means you should check it out i put a video at the bottom


and anchev gta 4 is differenet fallout has more building you can enter and they have alot of things in them to process like items locks computers and enemies gta4 buildings are pretty much lifeless like you dont see them in gta 5 cause that game had use up all the past gen consoles memory

Better enemy combat Ai ,I know there was a mod for Fallout 3 wich made enemys a little bit more intelligent,they were taking cover,ran away from granades,and were not marksmans/ as accurate with firearms as they are in Nv. I usually stop playing Fallout when someone with a gun runs directly to me just to shoot me in the arm,this pisses me as nothing else in the game. NO HUMAN BEEING with a firearm walks straight up to you just to shoot you.
I know there are serval mods on the nexus to make combat more "realistic" but incrasing weapon damage doesn't make it realistic,just more dynamic.

I really hope Bethsoft will do it better this time,but I have doubts Fallout 4 will be that good...

A start akin to Role-Players Alternate Start,
the starting gun to be shit, like the "can-gun" from nether,
properties you can buy and stock,
a hardcore friendly fast travel (like the carriages from Skyrim),
Powered-powerarmor and Imp's MCN to be in hardcore mode,

Body-armor (that goes OVER armor, not replaces it),

All I ask for is better gunplay mechanics, what I would give for a halfway decent cover system. I usually mod the crap outta my game so realistic damage is usually an essential for me. The arcady stand up and shoot cant do it for me. Also for the love of all that holy give me a prone system that I can snipe from.

As a real world dog lover with four dogs of my own I want a better dog companion in game. Dogmeat and Rex were Great but it would be cool if it was taken a step further. Maybe there could be instances where you play as the dog to sneak ahead and scout out areas. Also the dog could be integrated into the story(As long as he doesn't die at the end. :'( I hate it when that happens)
I feel that as the lone wanderer the only real companion you can have is dog. Just you and your dog wandering the wastes. That sounds like a good time to me.

well when i battle people like fiends and they do that i just think fiends are the type of people with no logic while they jacked up on drugs makes sense for them cause they dont give a damn the just want to kill you and the legion are more of hand to hand combat like the old medival times.

but yeah it does suck cause groups like NCR wouldnt do that they training would all about cover and tactics BOS well they wareing Power Armor so i think they should get a pass and the families they have no ilitary training so it depends on the certain individuals characteristic.

but its still fun when you got the realistic damage mod you just mow people down who charge at you like its a sword fight which is quite funny to be honest.

What it needs is a bigger world covering more areas and DLC that expands into more regions.

I have to disagree about the Legion.Sure they have all their fancy machetes,but they still can handle firearms.
They aren't kamikaze soldiers.And as what I found out while reading wikis playing fallout etc. is that Legion soldiers are much better trained than any NCR/Brotherhood fighter.I mean they are punished with death if they fail...

yeah you could say that i have to say the NCR has better tactics and rifle training like the NCR slaughted the Legion in the firse hoover dam battle the NCR finese snipers took they leaders out and the legion troops went lose and died the legion are trained to be masters with hand to hand trained from a childs age and well yes they do use rifles but they dont depend on them like the NCR do cause guns can jam on the most needed moment leigions will slaughter NCR in a hand to hand.

Armor, and classes, seriously. I'm tired of looking at every NCR solider with the same boring set of armor on. I can understand the grunts not having anything special, but there needs to be more different type of soldiers out there. I know the NCR overhaul mod did an amazing job on that problem, but that should be implemented into the game without the need of a mod. Have the factions have more than 3 type of soldiers. Have something Like an Heavy class that uses a gating gun, with high DT, but moves slow. A assassin class that uses stealth armor, with high melee attack power, fast movement, but lower DT. A Pyro class thats immune to fire, and carries around a flamer. Stuff like that.

It's not about allowed it, it's about make it happen, you need a new modified disc to modify the game, cause you need a disc to play it...
If you want a new mod to your game, you need a new game disc to test it...

And i don't see a reason to put multiplayer in Fallout, will ruin the singleplayer main story, but coop is ok.

It's not about allowed it, it's about make it happen, you need a new modified disc to modify the game, cause you need a disc to play it...

yeah, by multiplayer I MEANT co-op, sorry. Also, I am only sixteen, so all the games I buy for xbox are from the XBL store. Downloaded, not disc. Also, if they made it so you package the mods as dlc (I'm thinking about WineSkin right now, playing windows games on mac o.s. without dual boot) they could do something like that, right?
