If this isn't what you're aiming for, I'd recommend checking out Dragbody's Playable Races mod, here on the GUN. It's not exactly lore-friendly, but honestly, I could care less. I love having Doc Mitchell "played" as Morgan Freeman, and Raul as Danny Trejo.

Sorry I shoulda specified, I mean anything from accessories (earrings, tattoos, misc clothing) to beard styles and hair, to features. Male or female.

You probably already have it, but Spice of Life is the must-have misc clothing mod.
