Hello GUN!  I just watched a YouTube video that featured the FNV Krieg Companion and went nuts!  I was even happier to see I have already registered here!  I have read the rules and do hope I have what it takes to be able to download the Krieg mod, I am an avid Borderlands player AND FNV player and finding this mod just made my day.

When I find the screenshot section here I'll share my current Krieg PC.  I use the proton throwing axes and the GRA chainsaw and he's quite impressive!  I can't think of anything better than having the poop train choo choo into the wasteland.   [I love a site with fun emoticons!]

I am not a modder but I've hosted modders since 2005.  I am a player and I have written several sims tutorials back in the day but modding is out of my league.  I enjoy using them and mod almost all of my games.  I appreciate a community that protects it's modders, especially after the Steam/Bethesda fiasco.  My Skyrim modders buttoned down their mods during that week so I do understand and look forward to having some fun here!

I've been online since 2001 as Lady Moiraine's Morrowind.  Been playing Elder Scrolls games ever since.  Elder Scrolls aren't the only games I play though.  I LOVE the fallout series and am eagerly awaiting the FO4 announcement at E3 this year!  I am currently playing FNV yet again but every time I come back to the game it gets better and better for me.  I have a running FO3 game going too and one of these days I'm going to try the Tale of Two Wastelands mod.  But not today.  I love the Mass Effect series, Borderlands of course, Saints Row series, Bioshock and The Sims.  I haven't gotten the third Dragon Age yet and I know it's popular but I am not currently interested in playing that nor am I a Skyrim player.

I'm always looking to make new friends and this forum looks very friendly.  I hope to make myself useful in the Borderlands and Fallout sections. See you all on the boards!

I've mentioned this elsewhere but I adore hermit crabs, they're wonderful pets (aside from their frailty) that grow to recognize your voice and trust you over time.  I've always wanted to find a model of one to port to Fallout or Oblivion but wasn't able... but thanks to Moogleoutfitters over at Deviantart, I finally got my hands on hermit crab mesh!  

It is now a creature in Fallout, specifically a pet of Zaeed's that hangs out under a lamp on his workbench.

This is so cute! I used to have hermit crabs. I had one that was the size of a man's fist. Watching it change into a larger shell was wild! This is a very cute pet mod! I was a truck driver and we used to take the crab bowl in the semi with us. I was talking on the CB one night with another driver and told him I needed to pull over and water my crabs, did he want to stop for coffee? LOLOLOL

Thank you for the info!  I did find the screenshot section and managed a quote so I'm happy.  I go between my names.  You'll find me under either one.  Saturn Celeste and Lexa Lee are pen names so I guess you'd say I have multiple personalities.  This was written by one of my forum members, I LOVE it!!

Noted.  And thanks for the comment on the hermit crab I ported, I'm quite happy with how it came out.  Me and my husband used to have tons of them, but over the years they passed on.  Our longest lived for almost 8.  Was very, very heartbreaking when it finally died... decided not to get any more after that.

My ex had a beard and we had one little guy that LOVED to crawl in his beard. He'd nestle up and just hang there as long as we watched TV! I had a bird that did that to him as well but it was only one crab or one bird to his beard at a time! If we had to layover for awhile in the truck, it was so cool having them to watch. I did notice they didn't shed their skin until they were back in the apartment. They must have sensed the environment was too changeable.

Haha, that's pretty awesome!  

Most of ours were pretty tiny little guys, but we had a couple that were just HUGE.  One in particular, out of its shell it was almost a foot across, with a primary pincer big enough to take a finger off.  

And yeah molting is a pretty awful thing for them.  They lose almost all the calcium and such in their bodies, so they're very fragile/weak and stressed out... I'd say that most of ours that died, did so following a molt.  

Anyway, I don't mean to derail your welcome topic with hermit crab banter.  Welcome to the forums and feel free to ask any questions if you have them.
