Hard to choose just one. My favorites are Tahiri Veila, Mara Jade-Skywalker, Anakin Solo, Jaina Solo, Mitth'raw'nuruodo, and Obi Wan Kenobi.

It really was a shame that the Junior Jedi Knights series built up to some big prophecy for Anakin and Tahiri, then the writers decided to scrap it. Hopefully the canon reboot will keep these characters and have Anakin and Tahiri's story arcs play out as they were originally intended to (or at least not have them killed for stupid reasons). The authors that took over after the Young/Junior Jedi Knight series are a quite blood thirsty lot. It was also bit of a dick move killing Mara Jade off without even getting Timothy Zahn's thoughts on it. Seems like they went for shock value over actual story quality, as I don't recall Zahn ever resorting to such things in the Thrawn Trilogy, Allegiance, The Choices of One, The Hand of Thrawn, or Outbound Flight.

I love Seven. Because he's seven, and that's more than six, also he's a bad ass. And I like the emperor, he has a large amount of wrinkles. And there all beautiful.

Jango Fett and Commander Cody,But my top favourite Star Wars character is Captain Rex. He was always a badass and put his troopers before the jedi and was always close to his men which helps him be a great leader.

I love Revan's back story, which unlike Vader's could be made into an interesting movie/movie series
Speaking of which, based on the mask from the trailers, there is a chance they are doing Revan's back story for the new Star Wars films.
After Revan, I'm inclined to go with Vader (prior to him being ruined via back story in the prequels) and Han Solo (who shot first by the way).

Anakin from The Clone Wars, I find him an enjoyable character. Although Obi-Wan is a close second, his sarcastic remarks in dangerous situations I find quite enjoyable.

General Grievous, on account of the animated Clone Wars cartoon that painted him as a badass, murdering a bunch of Jedi with ease. I'm also partial to Greedo, mainly because I just dig the Rodian's design.

If we are talking movie only I would go with Obi-wan. I always thought Ewan McGregor did an amazing job with the role but if we talking games. I like starkiller and Revan's storyline from KOTOR 1 like mostly the story leading up to the player taking over but also the rest of the story too.
