This is great guys! Love the new name. And please forgive me for my inactiveness. My computer fried and then I was on a missions trip for 5-6 months. But glad to be back!

with screenshot contest winners it's a bit tougher than usual cause they're approved by the winners, and we have to keep with image crop, text position, font type and colors.
anyway... small issue a pet-peeve if you want... maybe @macintroll will approve a different setup someday

One last update: Today, May 1st, I will remove this topic as a "Global Announcement" and leave it as a simple Announcement in the "Official News" section only. Also, the hotlink under the banner will be removed.
I've also made a few more changes to the site: The category "Video Games" which included Fallout, The Elder Scrolls, Grand Theft Auto, Warframe and Borderlands subforums, has been removed.
The Fallout, The Elder Scrolls, Grand Theft Auto and Warframe subforums have been converted into their own categories. This change was done so that they may be toggled properly in the forum's home page, by clicking the + or - sign on the far right edge of their headers. You can now collapse the game franchises (or other forum categories) that you're not interested in. This is all part of the 4th goal in the topic starter of this announcement.
The Borderlands subforum was moved under FPS/3PS, as it didn't warrant a Category for itself alone. It is possible we will create a new subforum, right alongside Borderlands, for the Mass Effect series, but this hasn't been voted on yet.
The "Other Video Games" subcategory was removed as a subset of "More Video Games", and the subforums Gamer's Market, Gaming Discussion, FPS/3PS, RPG/MMO and RTS/Puzzle/TCG which were under it, have been moved directly under More Video Games, which may be eventually renamed. This change was done to avoid redundancy.
Further improvements to the mentioning ( @maybenexttime ) and hashtag ( #announcement ) features may be implemented soon as well, thanks to the programmers from Forumotion.
As a last note, we've broken quite a hefty record! The month of April brought in 2475 registrations, compared to the 964 in March and 733 in February. Unfortunately, the member rise didn't reflect in the posts made. That means we don't have as many members posting as we have lurkers but on the bright side, we haven't had a surge of spam posts either :0kay:
Either way, thank you for your activity, dedication and participation! for those who have been active, dedicated and participative, of course
For those who haven't, yet, give it a chance! Networking is worth it and feedback, even to just the public releases, is very much appreciated by our modders!
Make sure you're accustomed to the Rules & Guidelines and see you around more
My kindest regards, your ever-watching Batman ... uhm ... eh ... I mean DVAted and GUN Staff
