I posted on the old forums as akfan. I figured that would be taken, so picked a new name. I work as a defense contractor in the Middle East so my posting would be active in spurts due to being moved around in-country a lot. I remember making an original account all the way back when I worked in Iraq in 2010. Another memory of mine was downloading the Dragbody packs one by one on crappy Afghanistan internet at Ghazni in early 2012.

I liked posting in the off topic threads on real life firearms, but haven't seen any in the new forums. I will probably make a thread about that later on. I am not sure if anyone will remember me other than the poster whose name began with Sarge. I usually followed his posts quite a bit.

I'm a huge fan of the Dragbody mods, as I like a more tactical feel to my Fallout games. His mods combined with the improved needs mod, modern shooting animations and raider patrol bases mod in FO3 made for a way different game.

I had been planning on making an account on the new forums sooner, but work has kept me busy. With things having slowed down a but, I figured now is the best time. I was also planning on starting a new FNV game now that I have a better computer (Mythlogic.) Now I'm planning on turning on all the settings to max.
