Hello. I've been modding this game for a long time, but in all years this is the first time that I got an audio bug like this.

The footsteps are very dull and the character voices are like if they were underwater, barely understandable once you enter conversation mode but the voices in the outside world sound good. The sound effects when you enter the pipboy are dulled out and the same thing with the selection screen.

I am running quite some mods but I am not aware if one of the mods could be causing an issue.

Any solutions? It is very great game breaking.

A list of your Load order would be helpful please.

But obviously you should start with any "Audio overhaul" mods if you have any installed or anything that changes sound at all.
