Im looking to start my next playthrough and for whatever reason any time i try to go to goodsprings (i use alternative start) my game crashes. I also loaded up a different game and tried fast traveling from boulder city to goodsprings. Same issue. In addition to this i also tried Primm. I still crashed. After these crashes i uninstalled all mods and the ENB i was using. the game still crashed. i tried to validate the files through steam. it downloaded 3 missing files. restarted the game hoping for a good result and you guessed it, still crashed. idk what is going on. Is there any ideas??

Are these crashes after you uninstalled the mods from the same save files? Does it still crash with a new game? Did you manually install any mods that might not have been removed by uninstalling through FOMM?

If all of that is covered, reinstall and put the mods back on a couple at a time, testing them. Do not manually install any mods because you will ave to remember what files to manually remove later on.

I'd just suggest do a reinstall and have a fresh game. Then start modding slowly, read through descriptions for conflicts, etc. There are plenty of reasons that can cause it here and we don't have any brief details beside you crash when going to Goodspring.

So i just left all my mods on. Its a long list. I loaded up a test game file i use to check for conflicts and ENB setups. I walked from boulder city to goodsprings without any issues. There was no crash of any kind. It only crashes when using the fast travel network. I am going to do a fresh reinstall now however and see what happens

Ok Ive run into this problem many times it has to do with something in the Cell of "Goodsprings" being corrupted so when you try to load into that cell it will crash your game everytime. Easy fix though. Simply wait 3 to 4 days, I always do 4 just to be safe, in a different cell. For example if you crash in Goodsprings do the wait in Primm (I think it works best if your inside a building too but idk if that matters). But all the wait does is resets the cells in your game for every location that you are currently not in. Everytime this has happened to me I have done this and it has worked 100% of the time. No need to start a new fresh game. I hope this helps.
