| Ok so this should actually be super simple for me considering how much i have used the GECK but for the life of me i can't get this problem fixed. All i'm trying to do is change the DMG of the Cowboy Repeater and no matter what i change it to in game i wont see the change i made. I tried creating a new .ESP for the change but still got nothing. | I imagine you've changed the damage in the weapons game data tab already? I've always had it react as soon as I loaded the plug-in in-game, that's pretty weird. Did you make a unique variant and accidentally grab the vanilla gun instead?
EDIT: I just turned the cowboy repeaters damage from 32 to 50 (which changed the DPS from 54 to 84) and tested it in-game with accurate stats from the change. It listed as 50 DAM and 84DPS. _________________ Check Me Out @ The Nexus: SKYZOO |

| Yes, I double clicked the weapon, went into the data tab, changed the damage to 37 and got nothing the first time changing the vanilla weapon. So Instead i changed the ID and made a copy and the DMG was already changed to what i wanted from the original vanilla change, made a .ESP and got the ID so i could spawn it with player.additem and it was the same as the last one. _________________ Your all around music junkie and guide to great music. |

| I have no clue, since it seems to have taken the change to 37 in the Geck, as seen when you opened it a second time to make it a unique ID'd item. Now as to why that doesn't register in the game world when playing, is a complete mystery then...Sorry I can't be of more help.
If I edited something in Geck and it never showed up in-game i'd have to look at the basics of making sure it's checked in your mod manager, running Geck and game as administrator, checking the .esp in FNVEdit to see if any mods force overwrite the stats back to vanilla (even though you made a custom ID'd gun in your own .esp). Other than that I wouldn't know where else to start or look...

| Well, you should create a new esp if you're changing an esm file, which in this case would be the base game, so yeah, load the main esm file, change the damage and create a new esp. Have in mind that esp files you create won't always be in the Data folder, but I don't believe this is your case.
EDIT: Also, have in mind that sometimes the GECK will create a new weapon and leave the original as it was before. _________________ |

| Put your ESP at the bottom of your load order in case you have another mod that changes damages |

| Ok so I'm loading the GECK right now with just the FalloutNV.ESM ticked now i'm going to go to WEAPONS tab and select Cowboy repeater. Double click and change damage to 37. Hit ok and FILE SAVE and i'll place the .ESP i created at bottom of the load order. I'll edit this post and let you know the results. EDIT: I hate to do this but here is my load order. Nothing works that i have tried. This should be a simple fix but i get no result. I've looked through my load order and the only thing i can think of is the ammo has been renamed in game due to another mod which it might be R&S_InnovativeMod.esp or EarJRAmmoProject.esm. Im going to try to change the cowboy repeater with the FNV.ESM ticked and those mods i mentioned and make the active file R&S_InnovativeMod.esp. See if that works : / - Spoiler:

| Open the esp you created and check if the GECK didn't make a copy of the cowboy repeater,the original should have the original damage and the copy should have the damage you chose. _________________ |

| So....This is weird i lowered it instead of raising it and i dropped it to 30 and in game it dropped to 26 the base damage is 32 and i thought it may have to do with the skill required so i don't know what's going on. _________________ Your all around music junkie and guide to great music. |

| I'm an idiot i guess... It all had to do with my skill. Apparently it wasn't enough. I jacked my gun skill to 100 and it was the correct DMG... _________________ Your all around music junkie and guide to great music. |
