I wonder if you can pass the whole game from the folder without having to install it. try to do it but when I open the launcher says "install" but neither let me install it, is there anyway to send?

If you are using the Steam Version, I think you can just copy your game folder to the new Steam common folder location and choose "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" or something like that.

If it's a disk version, then I have no idea.

All of FNV versions are Steam, Even if you get a retail version that just like the Steam version it's activation and achievements are connected to Steam (It's a Steamworks Game). I have 2 versions of FNV, one which is the original retail version which I don't mod or cheat, And the another is a pirated version which I use for modding. I'M NOT A PIRATE I HAVE THE ORIGINAL TOO!

In my experience, moving the folder then verifying won't exactly work. It just redownloads to the same location. Move your folder to a new Steam Library location on another drive. You can make a new Steam Library in the settings under downloads. Now delete local content by right clicking or under properties. Then reinstall it while selecting another Steam Library location that you moved your original folder to. Backup any ini, configs, music replacements, vids, and base game esm beforehand because it may overwrite those and any other default data.

It actually works, though. I did it before. If the game is downloading in Steam, stop the download and uninstall it using Steam, then copy the folder to steamapps/common (game's folder name have to be correct), then press Verify game cache or start download again and then it's going to check the folder (might take a few mins) and it will download any updates necessary then you're set to go.
