as of right now 3/10/15 is any one haveing trouble joining gta online cas i am im on the ps4 and if any of you play on the ps4 can you or can you not play online cas i am seeing some of my friends playing and i want to see the fucking heist

I'm on the Xbox 360, and I got on at noon, downloaded the Heists Update for GTA Online, and the servers were down. Much like any massively anticipated launch, there's no way in hell that everybody can play it on the first day of launch. Give it a day or two, and then Rockstar should patch it up.

Yeah, I'm on the PS4, about 3 hours ago, I was on and it's been having problems and is being worked on right now.
