I'm Alvin    and new here. I recently got back into modding FNV/FO3 again and decided to explore different avenues for mods :p instead of the boring old nexus. To tell the truth, my main motive coming to VGU was solely for the mods but after reading some of the posts by the community here, i find that the VGU community is quite unique. You guys are friendly and helpful to everyone including new users. (plus there isnt any flaming or trolling crap here either )  The mods will just be a bonus compared to being a part of the community. I hope to be more active here soon


Ps : The reputation system is a bit new and weird for me but i'll get used to it eventually .

Welcome to the forum Alvin, it's actually 2:21 AM (depending on the states) in the USA right now so you probably won't get a lot of welcomes but I'll be the first one . Be sure to check out the Rules & Guidelines.

The reputation system is pretty simple, every time you help someone and that person feeling thankful he/she might give you a positive rep, you only get a negative rep when you violated a rule that you have been warned or by a random person for some reasons (it happens), of course, if you get a negative rep by someone without him/her telling you the reason, you can contact the staffs.

Of course reputations is just a small little feature that kinda represent your status(good, bad, etc, depend on the person look into it), it doesn't really get you promoted for a specific amount of rep, you only get promoted by being active, friendly, helpful, make solid good posts and follow the rules, if you got any questions, feel free to ask.
