Hello.

I have placed some npcs around goodsprings source with GECK.
while they appear in game the problem is that they will not respawn, while the respective form id from the npcs says they respawn. and the same npcs
placed by the game with same form id respawn.

The Npcs i placed are:
0008D372 Poweder Ganger
00167DD9 Jackal Gang Member
As im aware these Form IDs are also the templates for these NPCs.
