So I'm doing a new playthrough of TTW and I installed an enb and some graphical mods. Everything runs fine, no stuttering or anything. The only issue I seem to have is that the enb "flickers" in a way that it changes colors or lighting. Attached is a quick video showing what is going on. what's your modlist?
I haven't used enb that much, but the fnv version is full of bugs, so either it's one of the many bugs, or a conflicting mod on your load order. if you installed ttw, did you read wastelandsurvivalguide.com ?

Considering your cloud textures also change I think that might be a weather mod, too. Try uninstalling your graphics mods one by one to see if it still exists, if it does then you know if its ENB and you can go from there on fixing it or finding a new one.

It might help if you post your current modlist since this may be the result of conflicting mods. Do you have any weather overhauls installed?

this is my mod list but it's upside down, i've since removed the enb because it was annoying me that i couldn't figure it out. the enb i was using was george's enb with 47 weather for ttw. when testing, i would turn the enb off and the problem would go away, so i know that the problem is the enb as ive tested with other enbs as well. idk if it has something to do with the ini
