I've fixed the issue. My saves were just getting corrupted; I found out that quicksaving makes them corrupted.

Redundant:

Save corruption via quicksave is an old problem with Bethesda's technology that dates all the way back to Oblivion. It's actually not quicksaving per se, it's overwriting the same save that causes the corruption. Quicksaves and autosaves are always overwriting the previous quick or autosave so that is where the corruption is seen most frequently. Go into options and turn off all autosave options. This is supposedly fixed in the 64-bit games like Skyrim SE and FO4, but to this day I still always make hard saves even in those games because this corruption ruined so many of my Oblivion and FO3 games.

The Camp McCarran crash is very suspicious to me. It may be corruption. But you mentioned you use Dragbody's NCR Overhaul. Depending on what version of it you use, there is a crash when loading in to the Camp McCarran terminal. Iirc it's caused by Lt. Boyd having two armors assigned to her in the same slot. The game tries to equip both and crashes.
