Hey, I'm getting frequent CTDs during two major places I've seen so far:
- Camp McCarran:
1st, Camp McCarran. Whenever I try to enter the terminal building through any of the ground entrances, my game freezes on the loading screen. Not sure if this helps, but the freeze occurs at a very specific point during the loading screen: when the loading wheel's roulette ball gets to the bottom right corner of the roulette wheel.
This isn't so bad, since entering the terminal building through the door to the monorail is fine; it's just the ground floor entrances that cause the problem.
- Dead Money:
2nd, and more severely, Dead Money. I just started playing with Drag's DMHO and I haven't even made it halfway to the police station when frequent crashing occurs. I only just managed to kill the first monster before the game crashed again. It's pretty unplayable. The only specific reason as to why it might be crashing so often is that the crashing only occurred was when I got within the first monster's vicinity.
I am using Dragbody's NCR Overhaul (as well as all of the other faction overhauls). The only lead I have is that I suspect the crashing is due to FaceGen. I'm not really familiar with how FaceGen works, but I have heard it drops performance. Maybe the high amount of NPCs/ creatures with unique faces in either of the locations is enough to crashing? Idk.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Alright, so I noticed that the crashes in Dead Money always occur whenever the game is trying to do a "systemsave", which as far as I can tell is just a type of autosave done by xNVSE. I hope that helps.
If anyone can tell me how to stop NVSE from making these, it would be greatly appreciated.
