I'd say that's either an ENB Lens effect or just a side effect of using NMC texture pack with ENB's. Try disabling the ENB while in-game, F12 I think. That way you can see if it's an ENB related problem. Let me know of the results.

Topic moved to the Troubleshooting section, this is a problem not a tutorial. Make sure you have anisotropic filtering enabled, ether from the launcher or forced in the enblocal.ini file. ENBoost is installed with ENB as its part of it, open your enblocal.ini and you'll see a [MEMORY] section, set the VideoMemorySizeMb to how much VRAM you have and play with the values until you find something that works for you. Set ExpandSystemMemoryX64 & ReduceSystemMemoryUsage to true first and see if you get any stutter. I hope this helps.

That's strange, it should be the first thing under memory. I'll look something like this: [MEMORY] ExpandSystemMemoryX64= ReduceSystemMemoryUsage= DisableDriverMemoryManager= DisablePreloadToVRAM= EnableUnsafeMemoryHacks= ReservedMemorySizeMb= VideoMemorySizeMb= EnableCompression= What ENB version are you using? Edit: oh, never mind then, have fun!

| So anisotropic filtering being forced in the ENB Local.ini did not work is there anything else? _________________ Herro!

You probably should take a better screenshot with problems like these. I can't see anything wrong in your screenshot.
