Another newb modding question but how do I increase the accuracy of a mod weapon (decrease the spread) with FO4Edit? Do I need to use/learn the G.E.C.K.

A lot of things can be done with xEdit. Actually do you try to change something for a Fallout 4 weapon
or Fallout New Vegas / Fallout 3. Geck is the editor for the older Fallout games.
