I'm looking for a good updated enb for New Vegas that has a realistic desert feel to it with dark nights and realistic interior lighting or is compatible with ILO anyway if you have any suggestions let me know please. Thanks you all are great by the way.

I'm a big fan of Dynamo ENB because it keeps the orange, desert-ish feel of New Vegas, but makes it far more cinematic and dramatic. It can be pretty taxing on your system though, I imagine. It may not run well with lower-end PCs.

@ilovebees.com I have a pretty powerful rig but I'm not sure if Dynamo what I'm looking for but I'll try it out.

The same modder has another ENB that's really nice called Courier. If memory serves me correct, Dynamo is a heavily modified version of Courier. Courier seems to have less of the orange tint and cinematic look to it. I've also heard good things about Enhanced Shaders. Goldilocks and Lemot ENB are also solid options.

You can check Cobalt ENB (Nexus). It's quite old but has an amazing desert atmosphere. It requires RWL and ILO. You can tweak the night darkness to your liking.
