What is the highest amount of mods you guys have installed with the game still being stable? im at 186 at the moment but im sure someones got me beat by a longshot

You shouldn't go over 255 plugins. Exceeding that limit will make your game unplayable. Look to the plugins panel on your mod organizer to see how many you have active.

thats the way, 64 was the max number I already have it, now Im trying to break my personal record

if it weren't for that damn pesky limit the game would be perfect XD

You can use zMerge to go over the limit, but it isn't a 100% bulletproof plan, I recommend installing it only if you want to have way too many armor mods

I think I had close to 400 plugins on my last SSE playthrough. Thats including merged plugins. It ran well but I kept adding more mods into the mix and the stability dropped to 2014-ish LE modded levels.

I think on Skyrim once I had around 110 mods (I think I came in at 120 ish plugins) New Vegas I had around the same amount. Whenever a game has mods I tend to go a bit overboard haha. The game was honestly handling it pretty well!

Right now, with mods merged, including texture packs and the like, almost 600. If you are meaning just plugins I would easily be over the 255 mark but, merged it down to about 182. Got some more merging I would like to do but, don't think I should look to overdue it until I get a hardware upgrade.

In my currently heavily modded Fallout New Vegas there's around 157 plugins activated. Still planning to add even more soon!

The last time I played they were like 100, now that I'm returning to the Mojave maybe they will be 101 XD

I currently have 251 mods installed for Fallout 4 (210 plugins) and I'm still adding more mods all the time.
