I want to port a simple skyrim sword mod to my FO4 and i dont know how.
So im looking for the classic solution i used between FNV to FO3. But i currently use Vortex and i dont know how to port the esp.
Of course i have asked permission from Modder and its only for personal use.

Skyrim -> FO4 porting is not the same at all as FO3 -> FNV.

There are no simple tools.

You will have to take the model from Skyrim and manually port it to FO4.
