Does anyone know how I fix this jacket textures issue I made a few textures was working till now when I changed it again both jacket and trousers are massed up cant make heads of it think its something to do with the DDS saving file settings

What program did you use, does the texture file image look like that now and didn't you save a copy of the texture before editing?

Using photoshop and gimp exporting rather than saving so I have a back up but I've found the problem to be Linked to uv texture problem not sure how I go about fixing it. it was working fine

You're editing the diffuse texture right? It shouldn't affect the normal or speculars at all

No don't bother, if you didn't paint the graininess on the diffuse your image got corrupted and I don't know what to do with it. You should use the backup of before the texture got trashed
