Subject: Christmas Graphics for the Site Sat Nov 22, 2014 1:06 am
Hey guys, the Holiday Season is upon us!
We thought we'd decorate the site for Christmas I mainly want some banners 900x200 pixels Should say VGU Network and have snowy or Christmassy details
Also some buttons to replace the ones in front of subforums: ^ in TWO sets of 3 variations
Some other type of buttons to replace the ones in front of topics: ^ also in 3 variations
They should be related to Christmas stuff ... Christmas trees, Santa Claus, toys, santa's elves, reindeer, sley, snowmen, snowballs, icicles and anything else you can imagine that would fit.
Colors - white, red, green, blue, purple, yellow, whatever fits I want submissions on this as soon as possible

P.S. some resources for banners (the banners can be taller than 200px if you add Christmas lights or icicles like these underneath them)

Excellent start, fellas love the globes, love the banners
they'll go live December 1st Feel free to have a banner with "Happy New Year 2015" or something like that In the meantime, keep bringing up the Christmas ones

Excellent work, linoro! I love all of them! @TheHusky - the last set of 3 is cool, though the middle one looks stretched out a bit. also, the icicles on the 3rd one are a bit blurry still, commendable work and dedication thank you all
we could still use some new buttons they'll go live on the evening of 30th of November

We'll only revert to the default skin on the 10th of January about the time we throw out the christmas trees unless you guys will vote for it to stay longer

Thank you DVAted, I really enjoy making banners for the VGU and contribute in any way I can. It would be an honor if you would nominate me as a Graphics Specialist and I would gladly accept. I know you've mentioned that you wanted some "Happy New Years" banners, I'll work on those and post them before I go on vacation. Again thanks for the nomination.
