Halo 3 Weapon Pack

So it's through this YouTube video https://youtu.be/U3YiPHXKGHw description. It's also linked in a Nexus image post. I can't find any reference as to who made it, because the person who uploaded the video didn't make it. I'm not going to share the actual Media Fire link, but it is in the description of the video. I'll happily take this post down if this isn't the way to report such things. I just feel bad using it thinking it I don't have permission and not knowing who the uploader is.

So is this a mod featured on this site? Am I reporting this correctly? Am I just being pedantic? Why did Lost end in a church?
