As far I remember I don't noticed the frame rate in Fallout 3 and CPU&GPU used. In Fallout 3 Point Lookout fog the frame rate is little lower than normal. Today I play game in windows mode and use GPU-z, Windows task manager to monitor hardware used and I find out in Point Lookout fog CPU not high but GPU up to 99% and another location in game about 30-50% with Highest graphics setting I don't know that normal or not. I have FX4130 CPU, nVidia GTS450 GPU and 32bit Windows 7.

If this not normal and anyone can solve this problems please help.

First I think I change graphics setting first but I don't know it's gonna work.
