Hi everyone I'm Wjeeheh (or Wedge) I'm trying to mod F:NV and I have been told to download some mods on this site, however the website has told me I need to have special access to download mods. I was wondering how you go about doing that, thanks.

The above will help explain your process. They will also be able to give better answers on what to do and suggestion and tricks that might help. In short you likely need to be an elevated member to get access to those mods you are looking for.
