| So I was wondering what it is that brought everyone to the VGU network? How did you orginally find this forum, or the old one?
I personally found it on a long forums search on the look out for a C.E.L.L soldier armor that started on some shady japanese modding site. Been enjoying this site ever since! |

| I found it by looking for mods on YouTube and one of the videos I watched had a link to the site on it. I think it was either dazzerfong or NCRVets channel. I found the old site the same way I think but it wasn't too long before it was closed down. I think I found the old site from the SCDA (Splinter Cell Double Agent) armor mod. _________________

| Years ago when the old site was still up I saw a youtube video of the lost hell jumpers/ODST mod back when VGU was called Fallout3Underground and have stuck around since. I saw that and was like now that is cool, a place that takes other game assets and brings them into the world that is fallout 3. _________________ AAA Environment Artist & Modeler, US Army Combat Vet, Full Sail University Alumni

| I found the Battlefield 4 armor showcase video from ncrvet and I really wanted that armor pack. Then I decided to join VGU and I don't regret joining such an awesome and friendly community! I just hate the people who are quick to judgement and say that VGU is full of elitists and other titles. _________________ Be My Friend! Earn ACHIEVEMENTS! |

| I've searched for Metroid armor and came to Fallout 3 Underground. I've been there for a short time and some years later, something reminded me of that community but google sent me to VGU x) |

| I only found this site recently browsing Youtube for some mods to put into my game. I stumbled upon this Youtuber, NcrVet. He mentioned VGU Network talking about how awesome the modding community is and I signed up right away. All I have to say now is that I regret nothing and this site is way cooler than the Nexus in my opinion. The people here are awesome and I plan on staying for a very very long time. _________________ "Don't know really."

| I originally found and joined F3U after reading a couple of posts on Nexus that casually mentioned another site dedicated to Fallout 3 mods. A couple of internet searches later I was at F3U and joined. Found VGU searching the internet for a couple of mods that have eluded me so far and joined. As many of the members of the old F3U are here, I feel right at home. It is interesting and entertaining to see how some of the the old members of F3U have evolved. I like it here and will probably be here for a long time. Cheers!!!! V/R MistTiger |

| I found it from the youtuber NCRvet. He mentioned it in a video and I went to check it out. Low and behold I found a site with a lot of active members and I was surprised because most sites other than the nexus have barely any active users that actually talk about the mods rather than download them, and remain forever silent. For anyone interested the guy makes some quality mod reviews and has a pretty funny sense of humor through the way he talks. I suggest anyone that dosen't know him should check him out. - NCRvet:

| People were insulting this place and the people who go on it in YouTube comments, and seeing how I was seeking mods with content from other games, I joined this site. According to YouTube, we're all elitist jerks. That is the least true thing I've ever heard. |

I heavily agree with you. I had a long discussion with other people who hated VGU since they thought we were "elitists". Basically had to write an essay for them to understand what VGU is really about. Fortunately, one of them told me that they joined VGU and I felt proud to have changed a perspective. _________________ Be My Friend! Earn ACHIEVEMENTS! |

| I found it last year actually, I was looking for more mods to make my gaming experience last longer with NV. I found it by googling mods, when the site went down I was bummed that I never earned Colonial rank. A few months back, I was eating dinner at the in laws and found it again by googling just a little bit more and found this new VGU. Here I am and more active than I was last year by far XD _________________ - My Achievements:

| I found it through much the same way as irish marksmen; I believe I was key word searching for Halo mod's and I saw the Lost Hell Jumpers mod for fallout 3 on the old site. I became a member on the old site about 2 years ago! I actually just started messing around with Fallout NV recently and remembered VGU and now im backk for awhile _________________ |
