For FNV, it's House on the Hill. Hands down.

My all time favourite player house is Liberty Loft in Freeside. Added some custom stuff there as well.

Hands down my favorite house mod just for all the features it has.

Military themed bunker.

Can recruit vendors for food, guns, basic supplies, and a doctor.

Can recruit your own small army of followers that can be equipped with and weapon or armor.

Get your own vertibird.

Gain access to and orbital missile satellite.

Mine was a mod for the 38, but it's since been taken down by the author, but it also had option to open the casino, and had ways to increase the size of the suite on the 38 that you got from House.

I know this is already a pretty well known player home, but I just love every aspect about it, ranging from the backstory to the dynamic travel. 10/10, would home again.

In terms of vanilla homes, it's got to be Tenpenny Tower Suite without a doubt. Specifically the pre-war theme, but any of them will do me just fine.

For me it's Frontier Home, a Fallout 2 sandcrete style house, by Gunslinger6792. A very well made mod.

For a modded playthrough on Fallout 4, I like the cozy rustic home situated at Fort Independence - protected by "loyal" men and women. It is none other than Faction Housing Overhaul - The Castle by Eilanora.



But if you're talking about vanilla, then nothing beats Sanctuary - at the very place where it all began.

For FNV it's the Goodsprings School you get with the Afterschool Special mod.

It's got everything I need and the quest associated with it is actually nice.

that modder make the best player home in the game AND his tutorial are a must if you want to know how to mod and play fallout 4 without killing your frame rate!
