I love taking screenshots of my journeys in games, my banner below is a screenshot I took on PS4. I was wondering how I can take those good screenshots others take that looks cinematic in FNV. Is it a mod or just good use of free camera?  If so, how do you time it perfectly in moments like when you're blowing someone's head off with your gun?  Is it really perfect timing coupled with being on free camera all at the same time or is it more simple than that?  Any stopping time key I should be knowing about?  I really wanna get into the photo scene because theirs a whole screenshot forum here and I feel left out because I have no idea how to come close to being as good as the ones posted.  

Firstly ENB is your best friend, if your computer can handle it just pick an ENB of your taste and install it. And you can find some cool, quality texture mods on nexus. The rest is just using console commands press " (button below the esc key) key to open console (if you dont know) I use these commands ;

tm = basically removes menu elements like health&ammo bar etc. This will be essential for your screenshots.

tfc or tfc 1 [Toggle Free Camera] (use it on third person if you want to see your character) = using tfc only will make you wander around freely, but using ''tfc 1'' will stop time as well

sgtm x = this will slow time instead of x you can use 0.5 which time will go half slowly 1 is for normal.

@"Ghostily" The best utility I have found to use for screenshots for New Vegas is the screenshot function from the Geforce Experience https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-experience/, as far as it come for muds the best mod for removing hud or altering it to make it more appealing is oHud by Gopher https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/44757 it even has a screenshot mode! Like @"TheHusky" said you can use the sgtm x command but I personally just use the bullet time function from Project Nevada https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/40040.
