So today i went to play fallout nv but the enb i loaded would not work but when i added it to the exe folder in fnv folder it worked but the enb is effects are messed up is their anyway i can use enb without the d3d9 having to be in the exe folder?

Which ENB are you using? Just curious to see if I can get it to work on my machine...might help troubleshoot your issues.

Add all of your ENB files to the exe folder AND the main folder and see if that helps.

Hey there XRhino...I grabbed the files and I had some significant issues getting this preset to run correctly. I'm no dummy when it comes to switching out ENBs, but for some reason my rig is really hating me & this preset! Rather than muck about and cause more problems than fix them, I'd PM NCRVet about this if I were you. He's the one that will know without a shadow of a doubt how & what could be the issue here.

A cursory glance at the enblocal file when compared to the original Blackout one has the EnableProxyLibrary set to false & no sweetFX dll included...however the entire shader suite for sweetFX is included in his download. Whether or not this was intentional by NCRVet, it's better to get more info from him about how it's set up on his machine.

I'd prefer not to give you any advice that may lead to more troubles, as I haven't been able to get it to work correctly on my end either.
