@IwasASanAndreasModder - welcome to GUN. I wasn't aware of the video and it has a lot of well thought out ideas. It certainly explains how people find GUN.

I think making a "remastered" mod order requires an attention for the best parts of vanilla and what can be inserted seamlessly into the world without looking out of place. I do think the Fallout 4 weapons and Power Armour look largely out of place in New Vegas and 3, mostly due to the new mechanics of it not existing pre-Fallout 4 and the differences in art style. The ENB looks a little too blue and bright for the traditionally amber New Vegas as well, just something I personally would change. It feels wrong.
