i can't post link (i'm new on forum).
Search on youtube: How to Remaster Fallout New Vegas with Mods - Ultimate 2018 Modding Guide

Make the game reaaaaallly cool in my opinion...
Some  tweaking is needed but i use Vortex for  modding and it's not so hard...
