It's probably just the prologue mission.

When you actually buy the standard edition, all the missions are listed 'DLC' in the Steam library.

Okay, so it's basically just a demo. Still fun though, even if it was a little much for my laptop

If you own the all the missions for previous game on PC and tie it to your IO Account, and then tie the free Hitman 2 to your IO account, you can download the remastered missions.

The steam Store Page has been updated to state this

Play HITMAN 2 - Prologue
Includes access to the ICA Facility location. If you’re eligible for the Legacy Pack, you can play it in this version of the game.
