| It has been awhile since I used NMM but I vaguely remember that there was a downloads folder in Nexus Mod Manager>Mods>downloads.
I used to put batch .zip there when I'm transferring mods and will look like an uninstalled mod when you open NMM from what I recall. Cannot test this now because NMM won't let me log me in so I have to fix that first. _________________ Will there be enough Dakka? |

| Hello So i guess that you are using the latest official release of the NMM or older So i personally had a lot of bugs whit it (0.64.2) and looked it up online and found that i was not alone The thing that did the job for me was updating to 0.64.2 which i think is unofficial I cannot say that doing the same will for sure fix your bugs but i can for shure say that 0.64.2 is verry bugged whit very small things that are fixed in next versions Here is a link from where you can find versions from 0.64.3 up to 0.64.9 - Link:
https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Nexus-Mod-Manager/releases
I do hope that updating to one of those fixes your problems |

| @"ncrvet" Hey NCRvet, is this refusal initiated upon the mod's install? As where the mod just won't install? Because if so, I may know a fix, but I'd probably end up looking back in the history of forums I've browsed regarding NMM issues, cuz I've had quite a bit really myself. |

| I just abandoned Nexus Mod Manager once I found that Mod Organizer is much better. _________________ Walking down an unknown road |

does anyone else have this issue? I wonder if its possible to force nmm to put the mod in the manager I was very reluctant to leave NMM behind and I know it doesn't really answer or address your issue, but you really might want to consider MO 2. For heavily modding your games the virtual data folder used in MO 2 is a breath of fresh air. There is also a very dedicated support system for it as well. Hope whatever solution you find works better than what's going on now with your mod manager. |

| I was really reluctant too,to leave behind NMM. At first i thought it was just overly, unecessarily complex to have to run utilities like loot through MO, which required configuring or whatever. But now that I've gotten it down, I'm really glad I did. No mod's file gets permanently over-written by another mod, that alone was nice. |

| I use FOMM, but a lot of people use Mod Organizer. They're not quite as "convenient" as NMM, but not difficult to learn to use, and seem to offer a lot more freedom and stability. |
