| I've been plagued by poor looking and poor performing Fallout 3 since I got my PC and I've had enough! I've been trying to optimize it using the Nvidia Inspector and I even tried some manual ini changing, but I can't get it to hold 60 fps with NMCs normal size pack, and I have a 760 2gb, which I think is redonk. If anyone could help me, I'd greatly appreciate it! Really wanting to use Blackout with the game, but I can't even get it going now.
Specs: AMD 6300k six core Processor 3.50 Ghz EVGA Nvidia 760 2gb 8gb ram Stock cooler Windows 8.1

| Try re-installing the game, from your specs i dont see why there should be any problem running the game for you. You may also try this: (Always back up your game files first) 1. go to your fallout Ini 2. Find bUseThreadedAI=0 3. change to bUseThreadedAI=1 4. Save
This is used to reduce or even eliminate crashing but it can also raise FPS up which could get you going on the performance issue. _________________ Check out my youtube channel and support me with a sub ----> https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMgUwyvq7nUEL1Bu7oMwItQ - My Achievements:

I'm in the opposite boat... Fallout 3 runs too well on my PC. The FPS are extremely high (ignoring vertical sync unless I force it through the Nvidia panel) and the game runs too fast as a result, like a video being fast-forwarded at 1.5x speed or so. I actually have to use an ENB to 'slow' the game down to play like a normal game. As for your issue, looking at those stats I can't imagine why your PC wouldn't chew the game up and spit it out. Its possible you need to reinstall video card drivers or something. |

| The problem could be your load order as well. Some mods can be pretty taxing on your PC. Post your load order.
also make sure you have the must have mods: NVAC, NVSR, 4GB Launcher/executable. |

I dont know if there is an NVAC for Fallout 3. but i know there is a 4gb extender and also FOSE. if there is an NVAC equivalent please post a link because i would like to have it as well. _________________ Check out my youtube channel and support me with a sub ----> https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMgUwyvq7nUEL1Bu7oMwItQ - My Achievements:

| NVAC also works in Fallout 3, it being same engine and all, just drop it in your FOSE folder. It also works for Skyrim believe it or not, just drop it in the SKSE folder. haha You'll get a "unsupported EXE" message in the log but it's safe to ignore it. Hope this helps. |

Hope this helps. In that case NVAC for sure. _________________ Check out my youtube channel and support me with a sub ----> https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMgUwyvq7nUEL1Bu7oMwItQ - My Achievements:
