I want to play as rivet from rift apart for fallout 4 is it possible to make one? is it possible to rip a model and port it to fallout 4?

if u mean port armors (like obj, xps, nif or fbx files )(fullbody / especift body parts) or heads (helmets/ heads/eyes beard..) u can do it with outfitstudio tool https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49015

pd : with body its the same process u need bodybase.nif and with furniture, houses etc, you need a similar "nif"
