Mine used to be around 34 Gb at one point, I had downloaded all the mods I liked during 3 years and never deleted them.
I reinstalled at the point when I started losing textures mid-game due to too many plugins, thought, what the hell, might as well get rid of all the stuff I don't use while I'm at it.

As of the past few months I've been using a new computer, so I only have a 16.6 GB Data folder. I'm not sure how big it was on my last PC, unfortunately. I played New Vegas for about four years on that laptop, downloaded a lot of mods during that time, so it was probably a big number.
