Hi,
so i was looking how to enable surround or at least reverb and found this setting, now look at my spec below, its not antiquated PC.
It took me sometime to find out that this setting was killing my performance during firefights with lots of explosions, the FPS was dropping to single digit number and game was pausing, sometimes it would recover but otehr times just stuck and freeze. Disabling it solved the issue.
Maybe it has to do with the sound card, i dont use creative sound card anymore but external USB Sennheiser GSX 1200 PRO.

P.S. Is there any common knowledge on how to enable Surround or 3D Audio on FNV?

Oh I have it in on my hdd, also here is another tool that enables HRTF in many games

But not sure they FNV compatible

Oh i had the same single FPS issue but it was related to an unclean install of NVidia drivers/a bad NVidia update
