Hello guys, girls, ghouls and supermutants.

This is my system
CPU: AMD FX6300
GPU: Nvidia GTX 650Ti
RAM: 8gb

The thing is, I know my pc is at the nearly minimum requirements of FO4 but currently I can't upgrade my pc (since we pay x4 price)

I've tried at least five or six different tweak and graphic mods (for more performance obviously). Even I tried the packing with archive2 thing (yeah, my english is not very good so I can't explain things properly) and yet my FPS goes down to 10-15 when i try to wander around cityscapes. (by the way, some of those mods made my game look so bad that i couldn't even see the enemies in front of me Sad )

Is there someone or something that can save me from this suffering?

There are two mods in the Creation Club that reeally helped me get a few more FPS.
I... I... Just can't seem to remember the names right now, sorry mate. Haven't had access to Fallout 4 in a long time.

However, i recommend you check out this vid, can be a life saver if you desperately need more FPS.

One thing you might want to check is your computer’s power management as it relates to the game. It should be set to performance as opposed to the regular (power saving?).

@kenrir
• Try disabling at start programs that are not necessary and also some services, adobe, etc... ctrl + alt + del to see the processes once you're on the desktop.
• Set your firewall & antivirus to game mode if it has one to save resources.
• Close all active programs before playing.
• Restart your comp every 2-3 hours of playing, less if necessary.
• You can also make a special multiboot with only the strict minimum programs installed, firewall + antivirus + browser with the less extensions as possible and all the operation system updates, that's all.

Hello kenrir, I'll try to step you through some mods or some mods that tweak visuals for a smoother experience, if you haven't checked mods like this already:

Also, some of these mods I haven't tested myself, but a lot of them actually work as supposed to, sometimes with a small or greater loss of visual quality.

Fallout 4 TOP: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/978/
This mod, will increase FPS by optimizing the textures if you're not getting too low of an FPS, use this since you can barely even know a loss in quality:
REMINDER
Don't install this mod like a regular mod you would usually seem to do, make sure you either follow the tutorial done by GamerPoets on the page, or you use an extremely useful auto bat that will save you a bunch of time on unpacking or repacking, be sure to follow the tutorial that gives if you decide to use that, here's the link to that,
(AutoTOP) Bat for Fallout 4 - Texture Optimization Project: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28795

FAR- Faraway Area Reform: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20713/?
Great mod to use, highly recommended to help performance even on a high end build, you can use this in connection with TOP as well.

Fallout 4 Performance Optimization: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/92/
This mod decreases lighting, shadow, and godray quality, actually disabling godrays entirely which if you wanted to you could do in the launcher as well. This can probably increase your frames very high, problem is it has a really large quality difference.

Remove Interior Fog: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2628/?
This mod will increase performance even further by removing fog indoors, have tested this myself, and the quality difference is only fog removal, extremely recommended.

Lights remover: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11076/?
If you're still struggling interior wise, this is recommended if it's that bad, but buyer beware it removes lights, supposed to double performance in interiors.

great fps boost: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5199/
This is one of those mods I haven't tested yet, supposed to increase performance though. Many people say it works, some people noticed barely anything, I'll probably just stop at there.

ULRT- Ultra Low Resolution Textures: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4881/?
As you can tell by the mod, this decreases the textures to a more low resolution standard for performance, and is definitely one of those mods that have a performance increase from this affect, yet again, at the cost of visual degrade.

Performance Of The Gods: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12925
I'll just let the description explain this one,
"Removes grass, mist, dust, leaf piles, vines, brambles, shrubs, bushes (only the ugly ones), small hedges, debris, rubble, fallen branches, and hanging moss to increase performance. All without touching any cells and worldspaces."

Insignificant Object Remover: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9835/
This is the more popular version of the mod above, you can try to use either one of these, or both if you wanted to just for testing.

Boston FPS Fix: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26286
Now this, if you wanted a real performance increase in Boston, this is the mod to get. No visual decrease, rebuilds Recombined Data, if you need insight of what this mod does in depth, I believe he has a video on it, just watch since it'll better explain it than I can.

Hopefully I helped some of your performance with these mods, just message back if you have any questions or help with something else.
