Got a mod with only an xml file don't know what to do with it.

Hmmm, i can't quite recall exactly where did i heard about an xml file, give me some context, what is the mod for? is the mod new? it's just the xml file, no file paths? which fallout game?

It's the True Leaning mod by Xilandro which was removed but i have it form here https://www.reddit.com/r/fnv/comments/2y1r2f/missing_mod_true_leaning_by_xilandro/ its a folder called fomod that only has info.xml and cacheinfo.txt that says "False@@-@@-@@-"

Aaaaahh i see, well, did you checked the two dropbox links? because there's meshes and an esp. too, also, i've heard about this project that Xilandro and other have been working on, i don't know if they're still doing that, but if you have more questions you could ask him personally here or on nexus.
