Starting again Fallout 4 since november, and i'd liek to ask you all guys what mods should i bring myself for a new gameplay.

Horizon will be a must. What mods to add Armors, Weapons, Realism, textures and also (like Sim settlements) add Fun to the game?

Plus weather mods and roleplaying games, like gas masks for the wasteland etc.

You could try adding the PILGRIM mod that acts as an ENB and a weather mod that adds a very unique feel to the game imo, it also goes pretty well with ELFX.

I'm about to try Horizon too. Since it touches almost everything, it will probably conflict with everything just as much. So I'm adding mods according to what horizon patches I can find.
