Just posting to say that I'm sorry for being absent form the VGU for so long now, my internet providers were being a bunch of dicks and gave me the same " have you unplugged it and plugged it back in again? " crap for days until they finally sent someone out to fix the problem.

That reminds me of this video I saw a while ago. This guy got charged $80 and he recorded someone saying he wouldn't be charged the $80......just ridiculous the bull**** people go through. There is also more where that came from but I don't remember the whole video. So congrats on getting your internet working.
